Rule 53
Obligations of Employers in relation to construction workers
Obligations of employers in relation to health and safety of construction workers shall be as follows:-
(a) To provide necessary safety equipment or clothing to the workers to protect them from injuries and adverse health effects that may occur in the course of work, or arrange for them to wear such equipment or clothing,
(b) Arrange for immediate first aid in case of any injury to the workers in the course of work at the construction site.
